She is in New Delhi on a two-day visit and briefed the media after her meeting with Indian counterpart Narendra Modi. May said that the dispute should be solved only by Pakistan and India whereas no other country should interfere in the matter.

On the other hand, Hurriyet leaders Mirwaiz Muhammad Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik met Syed Ali Gilani at his residence in Srinagar. They exchanged views over the ongoing Indian violence in occupied Kashmir and discussed strategies to continue anti-government protests.

The meeting was also attended by local leaders and representatives of stakeholders. Life in the strife-torn valley remained crippled, as the ongoing freedom uprising has completed four months on Tuesday.
