Chinese investors interested to invest in Sindh

KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Transport Syed Nasir Huassain Shah said on Wednesday that a group of Chinese investors has shown keen interest in investment in Sindh in several sectors.
He expressed these views during a meeting with a Chinese delegation, led by Wang of Norinco International Chinese Company. Secretary Transport Taha Farooqui was also present. During the meeting Chinese businessmen showed interest in different projects in the Sindh including 'Brown Line bus project'. They said that they want to introduce 14000 buses in Sindh including 4000 buses in Karachi.
They said that they also want to establish a technical institute in Karachi for driving, mechanic and ticketing training for youth. They also visited to different area of Karachi including the route of proposed Brown Line. The minister appreciated their interest and advised them to establish a bus making plant in Karachi.
