Balochistan lawmakers demand Blue passport, residential lodges

QUETTA: The Balochistan Assembly adopted two resolutions in the absence of Chief Minister on Saturday, urging the government to provide blue passports to the provincial lawmakers and build residential lodges for them.

According the details, Provincial Information Minister Sardar Muhammad Raza Barech tabled a resolution demanding issuance of Blue passports to members of provincial assembly.

The second resolution was tabled by MPA, Ruqia Hashmi asking to take practical measures for construction of MPA lodges on the pattern of Parliament Lodges.

The House unanimously approved the resolutions. Speaker Raheela Khan Durrani presided over the session.
