Those demanding accountability are thieves: Abid Sher Ali
FAISALABAD: Federal Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali slammed critics of PM Nawaz Sharif as he stated that now thieves and looters were demanding accountability.
According to details, the state minister was speaking to media in Faisalabad when he took to task PTI leader Jahangir Tareen and Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed. He claimed that Tarin and Sheikh Rasheed were both tax evaders.
He also slammed PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and urged him to tell the nation whose front-man Owais Muzaffar was and that the Bhutto scion should speak about corruption when he brings back money taken by Sharjeel Inam Memon and his aunty.
“Bilawal should tell whose dollars his aunty Ayyan was taking to?” he said.
He said that tales of PPP's corruption were well documented in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had warned the federal government to meet his four demands, passage of the draft Panama bill, immediate appointment of a permanent foreign minister, reconstitution of the parliamentary committee on national security and implementation of the resolution on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor passed by a multiparty conference, till December 27.
Bilawal had threatened the federal government that if his four demands were not met, PPP would hold a protest long march.
