ISLAMABAD, Oct 10 (APP): The trader’s community of federal Capital Islamabad is nearing a solution to decade’s old controversy pertaining to promulgation of Islamabad rental law ,as a draft has already been forwarded to the federal government.Central Organizing secretary of Islamabad trader’s community Ajmal Baloch told APP that Federal Law minister Dr Babar Awan assured that, government would formulate rules and regulations to protect rights of tenants and the owners soon.He said, Chief Commissioner has sent our recommended draft to Law Ministry and we are hoping that Law minister would present this draft for passage in National Assembly soon.

Ajmal bloach said, they demanded from federal Law minister that the government come up with legislation to control rent of shops in the city markets.
He said that the skyrocketing rent was forcing them to close their business as increasing inflation in the country had reduced the purchasing power of the customers.
He also said that it had become difficult for traders to meet their business expenditures. The traders are suffering immensely in the absence of any law to regulate rent of shops and provide protection to the tenants and owners, he added.
Ajmal bloach said that the absence of any law is resulting in sour relationship between tenants and owners of shops. But we are hopeful now, this matter would be solving soon.
