No wind of change, govt to complete five-year term: Bilour

Federal Minister for Railways, Haji Ghulam Ahmed Bilour said on Sunday that the present government led by Prime Minister, Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani would complete its five-year term and set aside the impression that there was a wind of change in the country.Talking to mediapersons after inaugurating Gandhara Steam Safari tourists’ train here at Rawalpindi Railway Station, he said, the present government should be allowed to complete its tenure, otherwise, the next government will also not be able to complete five years on its turn.The Minister said that the Prime Minister was elected with consensus among all the political parties and urged patience for those who are in hurry for bringing change.
He opined that for the smooth functioning of democracy, it is imperative that the present government completes its tenure as people elected it for five years.Ghulam Ahmed Bilour said that President, Asif Ali Zardari strengthened the democracy and parliament and making sincere efforts to pull the country out of present crisis.
