PA passes resolution against Musharraf

LAHORE: The Punjab Assembly its session on Tuesday unanimously passed a resolution condemning former president Pervez Musharraf. Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah moved the resolution as, “This representative house of Provincial Assembly terms October 12, when this day in 1999, a democratic government was ruined and black dictatorial rule started, as a worst tragedy in the history of Pakistan. This House recommends the federal government bring back the dictator, Pervez Musharraf, through Interpol and conduct his court trial for sheer violation of the constitution and becoming a rebellion to the country.
