Karachi: 12 shot dead in Scrap market

At least 12 people were killed on Tuesday in firing incident at Scrap market Sher Shah in Karachi.

Unidentified gun men riding motorbikes opened indiscriminate gun fire in Sher Shah Scrap market, leaving at least 12 people died and a number injured including shop keepers and pedestrians.

Nine bodies were shifted to civil hospital while three were rushed to Abbasi Shaheed hospital.

After the incident angry mob set fire to three vehicles, police and Rangers cordon off the area.

In other incidents two more people were gunned down in Gulstan e Johar and three near Radio Pakistan.
