Terrorists won’t succeed, say president, PM
ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Monday strongly condemned the blast at the shrine of Hazrat Baba Farid Ganj Shakar and expressed shock and grief over the loss of lives and injuries. In separate messages, the president and PM said the act had been carried out by elements who wished to create unrest and demoralise the people, adding that they would not succeed in their nefarious designs. The leaders said the perpetrators would be brought to justice and directed law enforcement agencies to investigate the matter. app
