Senator Babar Awan to distribute cheques at KBAKARACHI: Former federal law minister Senator Babar Awan will distribute compensation cheques on Tuesday (today) among the heirs of lawyers, who were killed in different firing incidents.
According to the spokesman of Karachi Bar Association (KBA), the cheques distribution ceremony will be organised at KBA’s Committee Room, City Courts.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Eye Bank Society (PEBS) in collaboration with Dawood Khursheed Memorial Foundation organised free eye camp and seminar for the members of KBA here at City Courts. The eye specialists through latest equipment conducted check up of more than 300 lawyers at the camp. Later, a seminar to create awareness about eye diseases was also organised which was attended by the bar members. President PEBS Kazi Sajad Ali and eye specialists delivered lectures on the topic. app
