Five killed in Balochistan coalmine explosion
QUETTA: At least five people have been killed as a result of an explosion at a coalmine in the Mastung area, Geo News reported.
The body of one of the miners has been recovered while locals are trying to recover the body of the other four.
According to the chief mines inspector rescue teams have also been dispatched from Quetta.
In March, 2011 at least 40 miners were killed when an explosion triggered a collapse in a coalmine in the Sorange district of the province.
