PML-N to challenge Bokhari’s appointment in SC
LAHORE: The PML-N has decided to challenge the appointment of Admiral (retd) Fasih Bokhari as NAB chairman in the Supreme Court, Geo News reported.According to sources, the Nawaz league has started consultations with legal and constitutional experts and Bokhari’s appointment will be challenged in the next few days.
The petition will be based on objections raised in the letter written by opposition leader Chaudhry Nisar to President Zardari and will also refer to the apex court’s ruling on the appointment of the NAB chairman.
