Pak-US terms must normalize: Haqqani
BERKELEY, California: Pakistan and United States of America will have to iron out their differences to bring their terms back to normal, Pakistan’s Ambassador to US Husain Haqqani said Wednesday, Geo News reported.Talking at the University of California, he said that it was vital to both the allies.
“These time-tested ties should not succumb to any fleeting estrangements”, Haqqani said stressing the need for better understanding.
He pointed up that conflicting statements coming out of both the countries are the biggest challenge at hand.
“I believe the two allies break most of the bones of contention and find a common ground”, Haqqani said, adding democracy was the only way to go for a prosperous Pakistan.
