Ready for talks with those seeking peace: Kausar
PESHAWAR: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa , Masood Kausar said the government was ready to hold talks with those seeking peace.Talking to reporters on the sidelines of the funeral prayer of the martyred Frontier Corp’s captain, Abdul Quadir Khan and Hawaldar Muhammad Qasim, the KPK governor said those involved in terrorism should instead play their role in strengthening Pakistan.
He further said that security forces had rendered memorable services in the war against terror and for the survival of the country.
Kausar added that efforts were afoot for maintaining peace in the region.
