PPP USA leaders pay tribute to Nusrat Bhutto

DALLAS/TEXAS: President of PPP USA Shafqat Tanweer said he was ‘deeply saddened’ to hear the news of Nusrat Bhutto’s demise.Tanweer, in a statement said that she was a great leader and a graceful lady who made immense contribution to the case of democracy in Pakistan and called her ‘mother of democracy’.
Also, PPP North Texas officials President Raja Zahid Khanzada, Senior Vice President Syed Fayyaz Hassin, Vice President Shahid Jafrri, General Secretary Akramah Khan, Dr Ghulam Nabi, Imtiaz Jan, Iftikhar Ifti, President PPP Houston Syed Riaz Husain paid tribute to her and said that her death is a huge loss to Pakistan.
Meanwhile PPP California announced Quran Khuwani on Tuesday along with memorial programs in Los Angles.
