Chief Justice AJK High Court escapes attack on life
MUZZAFFARABAD: The Chief Justice of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mughal was shot while he was on an evening walk, but is out of danger now, Geo News reported.A sniper shot Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mughal from a distance following which he was rushed to a nearby hospital where surgeons are operating upon him to remove the only bullet he received in the abdomen.
"The chief justice has received one bullet in his abdomen. He is injured and doctors are prepping him for an operation," senior police officer Riaz Abbasi told Geo News earlier.
According to reports the Justice was out for an evening walk in his neighbourhood when he came under attack.
