Drone attacks harming Pakistan: Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan addressed the Waziristan grand jirga rally against US drone attacks in Pakistan, Geo News reported.Khan said military operations and drone attacks were not solving anything and this was evident because each year incidents of terrorism had risen in Pakistan.
“Drone attacks are not beneficial, but are harming Pakistan” Khan said.
Khan added that there was a drone strike within 24 hours of a resolution against drone attacks in parliament, which illustrated that this government was working on the behest of the US.
The PTI chairman also lashed out at Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and asked why the PML-N rally in Lahore was if President Zardari was in Islamabad.
