‘Efforts underway to appoint “better person” as NAB boss’

LAHORE: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah has said that “a better person” could be appointed as the chairman of the National Accountability and efforts were underway in this regard.

Speaking to media at the Lahore Airport, the PPP stalwart said that the issue of NAB chief appointment should not be politicized.

To a question, he said that all those living in four different federating unit of the country were Pakistanis.

He said hat those who had been talking of operation in Karachi, were now themselves criticizing the drive.

Shah also criticized incumbent rulers for not fulfilling their promises, which they made during election campaign.
