Musharraf granted bail in Bugti murder caseISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted bail to former military ruler General (retd) Pervez Musharraf in the Akbar Bugti murder case.
A three judge bench of the apex court granted the bail against two surety bonds of Rs1 million.
During the course of hearing, the court asked the Prosecutor General Balochistan what evidence he had to prove that the former dictator conspired to kill Baloch leader.
The prosecutor argued that statements of abettors as well as CDs of attacks were also available.
