Government writ will be restored at all costs: Memon
KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister, Sharjeel Memon Saturday said the government’s writ will be restored at all costs and that the date for submitting illegal weapons will not be extended, Geo News reported.
In an official statement issued here, Sharjeel Memon said the deadline for submitting illegal weapons will expire at midnight today and no extension will be allowed in its date.
He said the law enforcers will enhance the scope of their ongoing search operation to seize illegal weapons from tomorrow.
Lauding the performance of Rangers and police, Memon said they have been given a free hand to carry out the operation. The confidence of traders and people in law enforces has been restored, he added.
