PM chaired high-level meeting discusses Afghanistan
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif chaired a high-level meeting here on Friday focusing on the situation in Afghanistan and his upcoming visit to the US.
According to sources the situation on the Afghan border and the reconciliation process in the country are being discussed.
The internal security situation and ongoing operations against terrorism also came under discussion.
The meeting at the PM House was attended by Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and other military and civilian leadership.
