Federal govt announces public holiday on Muharram 09, 10
ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced two public holidays on account of Ashura (Muharram 09 and 10) which falls on October 23 and 24.
A notification in this regard has been issued by the interior ministry here Wednesday.
According to the notification, all public and semi-government institutions will remain closed on October 23 and 24 in connection with Muharram 09 and 10.
