Earthquake: PM sets up crisis cell
ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has set up a crisis cell to coordinate with all federal civil military and provincial agencies for damage assessment rescue relief and recovery, the PM office said on Monday.
The cell will work round the clock, a statement from the PM office said. The PM also contacted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor and directed him to mobilise tribal administration immediately for relief rescue and damage assessment.
State tv provided the following numbers for earthquake affectees to contact authorities: 0519206978 & 03006337544. Whereas, the authorities in Peshawar have provided the following numbers for the earthquake victims: 091921302 & 091921138
