PPP workers lauded over victory in NA-184
LAHORE : Acting President Pakistan People’s Party Punjab Sami Ullah Khan has congratulated party workers on the success of Khadija Amir Waran in by-polls in NA-184 Bahawalpur by defeating a PML-N candidate.Talking to Iqbal Sialvi, deputy information secretary PPP Punjab, on phone from Bahawalpur on Sunday, he said the PPP success in by-polls of Bahawalpur after a victory in Gujranwala was an expression of confidence by people in PPP Co-chairman and President Asif ali Zardari.
He said the victory had proved that popularity of the party was improving.
He also thanked voters and supporters of the constituency for backing the PPP candidate.app
