PM orders withdrawal of privileges from Nab’s PG
ISLAMABAD : Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Tuesday directed to withdraw all facilities provided to National Accountability Bureau’s Prosecutor General Irfan Qadir, a PM House statement said.The Prime Minister ordered Federal Law Secretary to implement the Supreme Court orders in letter and spirit.
He said the Chairman NAB will be appointed soon after Eid.
Supreme Court had ordered last week removing Irfan Qadir from his post. However Qadir was of the view that President Asif Ali Zardari was the appointing authority and only he could remove him from the office. app
