No wind of change blowing: Babar Awan
RAWALPINDI: The government is fully complying with the orders of the Supreme Court and no wind is blowing for any kind of change. Parliament will also live up to the expectations of the people, Federal Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr Babar Awan said on Sunday while talking to reporters after a meeting of ex-nazims. Awan said that if Nawaz Sharif was eager to play a role in the supremacy of parliament, he should do so through a constitutional way and contest the upcoming polls in the National Assembly. The minister added that Nawaz’s limitations under the Jeddah pact would be over in December and he wanted to contest the by-polls after that. staff report
