Saifullah asks Nawaz to join ‘grand alliance’ of PML

ISLAMABAD: President of Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q), Salim Saifullah Khan has asked PML-N Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif to join the proposed ‘grand alliance’ of PML-Q Talking to reporters on Saturday, he said that the PML-Q would now lead Pakistan to pull out the country from existing political, economic and other crisis. He said that the ‘grand alliance of the PML-Q’ would be formed soon for the best interest of Pakistan and also forecasted a bright future for the alliance. Saifullah asked Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif to be part of the ‘larger’ PML-Q alliance. “I on behalf of media invite Mian brothers to throw their ego and be a part of larger PML alliance”, he added. Commenting on a meeting in the backdrop of the formation of the alliance in Lahore, he termed the meeting as important as being attended by the son of Pir Pagarha, Pir Sadr ul Din, Makhdoom Ahmad Mehmood, Ijaz ul Haq, Gauhar Ayub Khan, Jehangir Tareen, and other senior leaders of the party. Along with PML merger, he said that the existing political crisis, flood situation, increasing terrorists’ activities, Dr AAfia’s illegal punishment, and other important issues came under discussion in the meeting. staff report
