Electricity shortfall continues across Pakistan
LAHORE: The electricity shortfall in the country continues and is currently at 3,400 MW, Geo News reported.
According to the spokesman for PEPCO, electricity generation is 13,846 MW while demand stands at 17,246 MW.
Despite the shortfall, KESC is being provided 730 MW. The spokesman adds that presently hydel generation is 5,974 MW and thermal around 1,561 MW.
