Another PIA plane makes emergency landing

KARACHI: A UAE bound Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-255 from Peshawar, made emergency landing after developing a technical fault in one of its generators on Wednesday. According to media reports, the flight was scheduled to land in Al Ain city and was carrying 95 passengers. Another Islamabad to Skardu flight PK-451 was also cancelled while other scheduled flights, including Karachi to Muscat PK-225 and Lahore to Islamabad PK-356 have also been cancelled, it added. Earlier, on Tuesday, an Islamabad to Karachi flight PK-369, carrying several parliamentarians, made emergency landing in Multan after developing a technical fault. online
