Court dismisses bail plea of Malik Ishaq
LAHORE: The local court of Lahore has dismissed the bail plea of banned outfit’s chief Malik Ishaq.
Malik Ishaq submitted his bail plea to the Judicial Magistrate of Model Town Kachehri, Javed Shaukat, contending that the ‘baseless’ case was registered against him to victimize him politically.
However, the court after reviewing police record dismissed his bail plea.
It is pertinent to mention here that two cases against Malik Ishaq were registered in Nishtar Town police station for violating Amplifier Act and for spreading religious hatred.
