Terrorists are Pakistan's enemies: Altaf
KARACHI: The terrorists who are involved in the attacks on the country's defence installations, butchering the security jawans and committing sectarian killings are clearly the 'enemies of Pakistan and not friends'.
Muttahida Qaumi Movmeent (MQM) Chief, Altaf Hussain said this while speaking on the phone from London to Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council, Allama Tahir Ashrafi on Sunday.
"All the country-loving (political) parties and people should unite against these (anti-state) elements," Hussain stressed.
He said on one hand Pakistan international conspiracies are being hatched against the Islamic republic while it is also being destabilised internally.
"Suicides attacks are being carried out and the sectarian hatred being fanned while non-Muslim Pakistanis are also being subjected to excesses," he regretted, adding all this is being done in an attempt to destroy Pakistan.
Agreeing with Altaf Hussain, Allama Tahir Ashrafi said he was with him in his mission to save Pakistan and create harmony among different faiths.
