Shujaat says Hazara province will be created along with others
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) President Shujaat Hussain has said that Hazara province would also be established alongside new provinces in Punjab.
While talking to a delegation of Suba Hazara Tehreek (Hazara Province Movement) at his residence on Wednesday, Shujaat said that Hazara should also be given representation in the commission for new provinces.
Tehreek Chairman Sardar Muhammad Yousaf expressed reservations over the commission for new provinces, as it does not include any representation from Hazara. People of Hazara had started the movement with their blood but injustice has been done to them, he added. He said the promise of new province had not been fulfilled until now despite a commitment by the PPP-led coalition government. staff report
