Khalil Rana appointed head of business development UK, EU for Media Times
LAHORE: Khalil Rana has been appointed head of business development UK and EU for the Media Times group and its subsidiaries, including Daily Times, Business Plus, Zaiqa and Aaj Kal. Award winning director, Khalil Rana is based in Surrey and is a huge fan of film. He acquired his education in Germany where he graduated from the Max Reinhardt School of Film in 1981. There he formed a working relationship with the mainstream media organisation and returned for a tenure as a film director from 1993 to 1996. With 30 years of experience in all aspects of filming, Khalil serves as COO of East West Entertainment Ltd, under licence in the UK to operate PTV Global, the national channel of Pakistan.
