IMF delegation meets Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday told a delegation of the International Monitory Fund (IMF) that Pakistan was fully aware of its responsibilities with regard to international institutions.
A spokesman for the prime minister house said in a statement an IMF delegation called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The premier said that a competent team had been working resolve the issue of load shedding.
He said that his team was determined to bring Pakistan back on the track of strong economy.
Nawaz Sharif told the IMF delegation that the government was not allowing political pressure to effect its decisions regarding economy.
The delegation felicitated the prime minister over transition of power in Pakistan.
