NADRA takes notice of insult to blind sisters
LAHORE: Chairman National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) has taken notice of a news item published in Daily Times regarding mistreatment meted out to blind sisters at NRC Abbot Road office on Thursday.
The news published on September 19, 2013 about NADRA officials insulting blind sisters. NADRA Chairman Tariq Malik directed DG Lahore to hold inquiry the this incident in order to fix the responsibility.
He also directed the DG to coordinate with the father of blind sisters and make necessary arrangements for processing at their residence without any let-up. Chairman has reminded NADRA employees about aspects of customer care which have been highlighted on countless occasions through training sessions, and in black and white particularly for special and senior citizens. staff report
