Ex-CJ to file defamation case against Imran
INPISLAMABAD - Legal team of former chief justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry has prepared the case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan over defamation which will be filed in the first week of October.
The legal team said that the allegations levied by the PTI chief against the former chief justice influencing the returning officers (ROs) are baseless. The team further verified that the documents regarding Imran Khan have also been received from the Supreme Court.
