Three arrested in connection with Zahra Shahid murder case
KARACHI: Police arrested three suspects in connection with the murder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zahra Shahid here on Thursday.
According to SSP Investigation, the suspects were arrested from Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Phase-1. The suspects are said to be affiliated with a political party/
SSP Investigation added the weapon used in the murder had also been found.
One of the founding members of PTI, Zahra Shahid was gunned down outside her residence in DHA on 18 May 2013. The murder took place the night before re-election on NA-250.
