No sense of deprivation in Urban Sindh: Khursheed Shah

SUKKUR: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah Saturday said there existed no sense of deprivation among people of Urban Sindh and that the Seraiki province was being proposed in the Punjab as such sense prevailed there.

Talking to media representatives here, Khursheed Shah said a leader is one who lives and dies by remaining among his workers. “What kind of leaders are those who smell foul in their workers,” he added without taking any name.

To a question, he said his lawyer had sent a legal notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan for the allegations he had leveled against him.

Earlier, Khursheed Shah had warned Imran Khan to publicly take his accusations back in three days and seek an apology from the nation or else he would move the courts against the ex-cricketer-turned-politician.

Imran Khan had accused Khursheed Shah of indulging in corrupt practices while the latter had responded by stating that he would quit politics if allegations of corruption against him were proved.
