PAF jets change sky’s colour with spectacular fly-pasts
JF 17 Thunder, F-16 jolt capital city with strong sounds

ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Air Force presented spectacular fly-pasts over Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore that revived the spirit of 1965 war and enhanced the patriotic scenario on Defence Day of Pakistan.

On the 50th anniversary of the Defense Day of Pakistan, the air force fighting jets changed the sky’s colour with beautiful fly-past in Fatima Jinnah Park in Islamabad. The Sher-Dil formation of the air force, JF 17 Thunder and F-16 participated in the fly-past and jolted the land of the capital city with their horrifying sounds.

 

Also, Accural B-3, Puma Helicopters and paratroopers of the Pakistan Air Force participated in the event. President Mamnoon Hussain and Pakistan Air Force chief Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman attended the fly-past ceremony. This fly past has enhanced the patriotism spirit in the people as a lot of people were there to watch this spectacular event.

Earlier before the fly-past Mairaj, fighting jet of PAF welcomed President Mamnoon. A similar fly past was held in Lahore. Besides flypast in Islamabad and Lahore, another fly-past was organised in Karachi at Masroor Airbase where Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah was the chief guest.
