Pakistani pilgrim gives birth to baby boy in Mina
A Pakistani pilgrim gave birth to a baby boy in Mina on the first day of the annual Hajj pilgrimage, Saudi media reported.
The delivery was normal and the mother and infant are in good health, Dr Muhammad Malaibari at the Mina Al-Wadi Hospital told the Saudi Gazette newspaper on Tuesday.
The father of the baby said that his wife experienced labor pain when they arrived in Mina, and immediately they reached Mina Al-Wadi where she delivered the baby.
Speaking to the Saudi Gazette, the father delight over the birth of his son and thanked the hospital staff, who gave special medical care to the mother for her diabetic condition.
The baby boy was named Muhammad Ali.
