PM asks envoy to facilitate victims of Hajj stampede
APPISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of pilgrims due to the stampede at Mina, Makkah on Thursday.
According to a statement issued here by the PM Office, the prime minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and commiserated with the bereaved families.
He directed Pakistan's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Manzoorul Haq to visit injured at the hospitals and provide as much help as possible to the injured and families of the martyred.
