2nd day of Eid-ul-Azha being celebrated today
ISLAMABAD: The second day of Eid-ul-Azha is also being with great religious fervour and enthusiasm today (Saturday) to commemorate the supreme sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S).
Those who could not sacrificed their animals on the first day due to engagement of butchers or some other reasons, are slaughtering goats, cows and camels today.
People are enjoying BBQs and distributing sacrificial animal meat among the poors and relatives.
On the first day, Eid congregations were held at mosques, Imambargahs, Eidgahs, and open places in cities, towns and villages across the country.
People slaughtered their sacrificial animals in remembrance of Sunnat-e-Ibrahim after offering their Eid prayers.
