* Islamabad has enough evidence to prove its claim

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will raise the issue of Indian involvement in terrorist activities on its soil during the 70th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, as it has solid evidence on this count, but its modalities are being worked out for making it more effective.

Pakistan will raise the issue but how to do it has not been decided so far, reliable sources said on Wednesday.

The sources said the country was determined to wipe out terrorism from its territory and both its civilian and military leadership had decided that its soil would not be allowed to be used by terrorists.

They said that India should trust Pakistan’s sincere efforts to make peace with it and stop belligerent attitude towards Islamabad. New Delhi needed to normalise its relations with Pakistan for peace and stability in the region by a peaceful resolution of all outstanding issues, including the core dispute of Kashmir.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would deliver a comprehensive address on various important national and international issues at the UNGA session as the whole world would be watching his speech, which was being finalised, said the sources.
