Pakistan High Commission staff barred from traveling outside New Delhi

NEW DELHI - Indian government on Saturday restricted the staff of Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi from traveling out of the capital during Eid holidays.

The High Commission staff had requested permission for traveling to Ajmer Sharif, Jaipur, Agra and Simla during the Eid holidays but the Indian government refused to allow them to travel and ordered them not to leave New Delhi. Earlier, Pakistani actors and singers had also been barred from meeting the High Commission staff.
