PM Nawaz walks out of NA during Jehangir Tareen’s speech
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif walked out of the National Assembly (NA) in the middle of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s Jehangir Tareen’s speech.
PM Nawaz, unexpectedly attended the Assembly’s session today but reportedly stood up and left, along with some key leaders of PML-N right when Jehangeer Tareen started his speech.
It has been reported that the PM had an important meeting to attend, and therefore could not stay for Tareen’s speech. Several tweets made by Jehangir Tareen indicate that he felt insulted by the PM’s behaviour and has suggested that the PM has “personal grudges” against him.
