The Hasba Bill defines quite elaborately the
dos and don’ts for the Muslims, particularly
the women, but is surprisingly quiet on smuggling,
narcotics, growing poppy and sodomy so rampant
in the province and its schools. Do the proponents
of Hasba Bill not consider these evils as anti-
Islamic? Or, do they not want to touch them as
that could affect their vote bank .
