Offensive
Defence

India is playing rather too
much on cross border terrorism and thus maligning
Pakistan internationally. No amount of denial
on our part is making any headway with her.
May I, therefore, suggest a little proactive approach
on our part from now onwards. To start with, let
us protest strongly with India every time a Muslim
is killed anywhere in India. A little later, we
can also include gradually other communities living
in India in our protests, such as Christians,
Sikhs, dalits, etc. whenever any one of them is
harmed in any way by the Hindus.
Pakistan could assume the role of the spokesman
for all such minority groups in India. The Indian
minorities would certainly appreciate it and in
time to come may look towards Pakistan for getting
the moral support in their socio-economic matters
and for a better deal from the Hindus. India will
naturally raise a hue and cry for interfering
in her internal affairs, but could be obliquely
conveyed that she was doing the same to us by
maligning us for the imaginary terrorist training
camps inside our borders. Offensive defence looks
to be the answer.
