Leave the
Women Alone

The Jamaat-e-Islami
always tries to create hurdles in the way of the
Pervez Musharraf government. More recently, the
members of the party have been using women to
come out on the streets in support of their political
agenda. I’m sure that these women didn’t
join the party on their own but were forced by
their husbands, brothers or fathers to do so.
Jamaat-e-Islami has a long record of opposing
governments. One of their leaders is saying that
Presidents Pervez Musharraf and Hamid Karzai are
the same as the late President Saddam Hussain.
They don’t seem to realize that General
Musharraf and President Karzai are working for
the betterment of their people with the help of
the United States of America. Can’t they
see the difference between the exceptionally good
leaders and the bad ones? Can’t they do
anything sensible for the populace?
