Profoundly
Irrational

The knighthood award given to the
ex-Indian origin writer Salman Rushidie is highly
illogical, profoundly irrational, totally uncalled
for and absolutely unethical, to say the least.
The award proves that the current British government
is bent upon hurting the sentiments of more than
1.4 billion Muslims all over the world. There
is no doubt that there are today thousands of
writers, academics, scholars and experts in the
field of literature, art, social and pure sciences
all over the world who deserve knighthood more
than Salman Rushdie.
The recommendation of Rushdie's name to the Queen
of England for knighthood at this crucial juncture
in time and history is based upon a malicious
agenda reflective of personal bias, hatred, discrimination,
prejudice, unfair treatment and bigotry of the
"movers and shakers" of Tony Blair and
party against Islam and its sincere and dedicated
followers across the world in general and the
UK in particular. Neutral historians, peace-loving
third party observers and unbiased analysts all
over the world will neither forget nor forgive
them.
