The Fate of
the CJ
By Dr. Ghayur Ayub

When a govt led by a civilian prime minister
is accused of wrongdoings by the Chief Justice
of the Supreme Court, the sitting prime minister
goes to the court to face the law. But when a
military-led government is accused of less-serious
charges, the uniformed President sacks the Chief
Justice.
The question is who should we accuse and who follows
the rule of law in Pakistan?
